Compact kit composed of the double demineraliser system and LCD conductivity meter with water stop valve and flow switch, designed for the production and control of demineralised water.
The system removes dissolved salts from mains water through ion-exchange resin cartridges, producing demineralised water with an output quality ranging from 0.1μS to 30μS, depending on the amount of salts present in the incoming water.
It ensures a continuous supply of pure water and is designed to be connected directly to automatic-loading autoclaves. Together with the DS55 dispensing gun, it can also be used for rinsing instruments or for filling manual-loading autoclaves.
The LCD conductivity meter automatically detects water quality and stops delivery if the resins are no longer effective. The maximum microsiemens threshold can be set from 10 to 400μS, with factory setting at 30μS. If the set value is exceeded, the solenoid valve stops the outgoing water flow.
