TERMOSEAL 320 is a manual sterilisation pouch heat sealer. It seals and cuts paper/polypropylene laminate reels used to package instruments and materials for steam sterilisation. The integrated reel holder and cutter allow pouches to be prepared at a single workstation in dental practices, medical clinics and veterinary facilities.
Heating and sealing time control
Electronic heating control brings the sealing bar to its operating temperature. The front LED flashes during warm-up and turns steady green when the unit is ready. If the lever remains lowered for more than 3 seconds, visual and audible alerts prompt the operator to release it. TERMOSEAL 320 enters standby automatically after several minutes of inactivity.
Seal first, then cut
The sliding cutter operates with the lever lowered, after the seal has been made. The blade is enclosed within the housing and cannot be accessed from outside during normal use.
Operation from either side
The sealing lever can be operated from the front or the opposite side of the unit, allowing the sealer to fit the layout of the packaging area and the working preferences of the team.

TERMOSEAL 320 is intended for paper/polypropylene laminate pouches and reels compatible with the intended sterilisation process. It is for professional use by qualified staff in dental practices, medical clinics and veterinary facilities. The heat sealer closes the pouches before the packaged instruments are sterilised in an autoclave.
