DETECT is a Tecnomed Italia intraoral camera with blue light for viewing tooth surfaces and documenting clinical findings in Full HD. It operates as a standalone unit or with a PC and includes MagnoCam for managing patient images.
Blue-light imaging of tooth surfaces
DETECT BLUE mode enhances contrast to help highlight plaque, calculus and possible changes in enamel. Images support clinical observation and help dentists explain their findings to patients.
Connection to a monitor or PC
HDMI and VGA outputs display images on compatible monitors, while Wi-Fi and USB enable data transfer. The 2 GB USB storage unit holds up to 1,000 images. The handpiece weighs 45 g and has a 2 m cable.
MagnoCam included for clinical documentation
With the included MagnoCam software for Windows, you can view live video, capture still images and save recordings to the patient gallery. Keep photos, videos and annotations together in the patient’s imaging record, and export or synchronise the archive as needed. An included TWAIN driver allows images to be acquired directly within compatible practice management software.
